1-9 Muspole Street (Grade II)

A row of 17th Century weavers’ cottages set in a streetscape dating back to the 1480s, restored as nine self-contained flats, then leased to the University of East Anglia as married students’ accommodation.

The lease ended in 1994 and the properties reverted to the Trust, which sold them on the open market (primarily to first-time buyers) on 125-year leases.
